- In this six week course at the JCC, we will embark on a journey of self-awareness, self-esteem, self-empowerment, and self-worth. Using the art of sacred ceremony and sitting in circle, we will create a space of safety and trust, where we can delve into stories of ancient Goddess mythologies to explore the multiple
ways in which these strong images of womanhood act as positive role models and guides for young women today.
- We will play with expressive arts, aromatherapy, journaling, meditation, visualization, color, goal setting, movement and discussions of our dreams, issues of body image and the day to day pressures of being a young woman in these times. This is a golden opportunity for a young goddess to have a lot of female fun, while
discovering her own inner strengths, inner gifts, and inner power to make positive choices in her life. A unique and extraordinary experience awaits!
